Bali, Indonesia | Event Link Details: The SEAFDEC PMU will participate in the 11 th GEF International Waters Conference (IWC11) in Bali, Indonesia. The project will be represented together with government partners from Viet Nam’s Department of Fisheries Surveillance (DFiS) and the Philippines’ Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). The conference will provide an opportunity to share the Blue Horizon Project’s experiences, promote knowledge exchange, and strengthen collaboration on sustainable seaweed aquaculture and marine and coastal resource management. |

Chiang Mai, Thailand Details: The SEAFDEC PMU will participate in the 49 th Meeting of the SEAFDEC Program Committee (49PCM) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The meeting will provide an important platform to share project progress and achievements, strengthen institutional engagement, and increase the visibility of the Blue Horizon Project among SEAFDEC Member Countries and partners.

Through these events, the Blue Horizon Project will continue to share progress, lessons learned, promote responsible and sustainable seaweed aquaculture strengthen regional partnerships, and highlight the contribution of seaweed aquaculture to resilient coastal livelihoods and sustainable seaweed industry across Southeast Asia.
